Founder & Executive Director, Community Safe Haven
With a lifetime dedicated to special education, Rebecca Mallory founded Community Safe Haven to fill a critical gap in services for special needs adults in Loudoun County. Her journey began in the classroom, where she spent years working directly with students who needed more than traditional programs could offer.
Rebecca saw firsthand how families struggled to find safe, enriching environments for their adult children — places that went beyond basic care to actually teach, engage, and uplift. Community Safe Haven is the answer to that need: a place where every adult is seen, valued, and given the tools to thrive.
“Every person deserves a safe place to learn and grow. That is not just our mission — it is my life's calling.”
